back pain is not a disease, so not to feel like suffering for long term, its all with you to maintain the good posture and follow the ergonomics. posture- means 1.proper sitting 2.erect standing 3.avoid bending 4.not to lift heavy weights ergonomics means 1.work place adjustments u can visit www.spectrumphysio.info pls send your height, weight,r u diabetic, work style, i can help u in better way. good luck lower back pain is very hard to treat..millions of americans have this painful condition, and the treatments vary. If it is from heavy lifting, and or lack of exercise.the pain can be severe, even unbearable at times. If you have had this for 8-10 years..it is most likely arthritus..and in the lower back, is very painful.too painful to be just arthritus..but believe me..that is not the place to have this condition.cut back on dairy products..sleep at least 8hrs a night..never take medication that irritates this condition.be on the lookout for different treatments for this kind of arthritus.one will eventually work for you. Mine is eliviated through rest, and avoiding lifting. I have to exercise my muscles there, so I take water arobics (mild)..and the pain is not bad..but if I forget..and do heavy lifting..stay up to late..go on medication for an illness..or in general..change my routine..I pay for it, big time.. Consider toning the abdominal area. Strengthening those muscles will help support your back better. If you could stand to lose some weight, do so, that will also help your back feel less strained.
