You dont have any other symptoms. No! Heart attac always accompaned wth severe symptoms. For the same reason you do not even have angina pectoris. How did your pain start? Wat kinda pain? Stabbing pain? Accompanied by numbness of the limb? So painful you need to clutch your chest? Nausea? Cold sweat? Invalidated during attack? Nah. You had minor complaint. Bang yrself against a bicycle? Fell? Fight? Kicked? Any knda trauma? No? exposed to cold and got muscular spasm? No? Then ya got minor complaint. Wait 2 days it'll go away. Could be some pinched nerves? Still you're clever boy to ask. Cause left side is your heart, usually. (Sum got heart on right side. But none hv no heart. Even corpse had a heart.)
