Okay don't panic all thats wrong is that your very very nervous even if you don't know it. I know cinda confusing but it's true. I had the same thing as you and my eye just kept twitching but then it just went away when you don't notice it.

Eye Twitching, or Blepharospasm, is involuntary eyelid twitching. It is also referred to as an eye muscle spasm. The term blepharospasm really applies to any abnormal blinking or involuntary eye twitching of the eyelids caused by uncontrolled contractions of the muscles around the eyelids.

Sometimes people experience the twitching under the eye and others may experience the twitching in their right eye or twitching in their left eye. In simple terms it is a blinking disorder. One type of blepharospasm, Benign Essential Blepharospasm or BEB is a blinking disorder that is not life threatening and has an unknown causes. Other types of blepharospasm may be associated with dry eyes, Tourette’s Syndrome or other neurological problems and may be more serious. In general, patients experiencing blepharospasm have normal eyes and any disturbance in their vision is due to the forced closure of the eyelids. BEB should not be confused with ptosis, or a drooping of the eyelids that may be caused by a weakness or paralysis of the muscle in the upper eyelid. Minor eye twitches usually do not worsen. If they do worsen or persist, it is important to seek the advice of an eye care professional.
Blepharospasm usually starts with abnormal or excessive blinking that is accompanied by general eye irritation. Early on, the excessive blinking may only occur as a result of being exposed to bright lights, being tired or if you are under a great deal of stress. The frequency of the eye spasms may increase throughout the day. Sometimes the eye spasm may resolve during sleep and not even occur after a sound night’s sleep until you have been awake for many hours. As the condition worsens, the spasms tend to get stronger and may result in the eyelids being tightly shut for a few hours at time making it impossible for the person to see.
Eye Twitching, for most people, is just annoying, involuntary eye muscles spasm surrounding the eye that go away over time. The spasms usually occur a few times and come back. Spasms that cause twitching on one side of the face are known as hemifacial spasms. These are typically due to some form of irritation to the facial nerve This type of spasm requires visiting your family doctor who may refer you to a neurologist or an eye care professional, in order to determine the cause and what treatment might be appropriate.

If it helps I have had a very similar problem. When I went to see my doctor he told me that it was probably due to stress or lack of sleep. If you have exams coming up, this could be a very good possibility. I know it is annoying but it does go away eventually. Try rubbing over your eyelid lightly in circles that always helped me.

it means your totally stressed out.
you need to have a little me time and forget about your exams.
it may also be coz you haven't slept enough, in which case, you definitely need a rest.
maybe it's caused by bad lighting?

*gasp*
unless you just saw someone you hate to your core and can't forget about how much you hate them invading your vision ;)
(it's happened to me b4)

Someone asked this yesterday as well I had it for
four months annoying huh.I tried warm compress,
massage,Magnesium, tons of things I was told to use
It finally went away on its own.I did use evening primrose oil
and it seemed to help.Make sure you sleep right and go easy on yourself don't stress the small stuff.

I know this may not help but it's an idea, yesterday my eye was twitching for like..every! I was so mad I hit it! Lol! Sounds dangerous :P well anyways, have you tried maybe just closing it or rinsing it with water? If you have major eye twitching my dad (whos a doctor) says that you may need to get more sleep. If you drink coffee or any caffeine, drink less of it. Hope it helps <3

It could be from stress. Sometimes it just happens though.

I work with a lady whose eye twitched for a year - no lie. She finally went and had a botox injection where it was twitching (her dr suggested it) and the nerve stopped jerking.

It's definitely due to stress.. I had it for two days straight! It's also cuz my work requires me to stare at the comp all the time.. and i wear contacts so you do the math.. stressing your eyes will cause the twitching.. just get plenty of rest and minimize bright lighting.

Eye twitches can be caused by stress. Your exams may be doing that to you. I know I get them at work all the time!
Try and calm down when you are feeling them coming on.
Good luck, very irritating, I know!

this happens to me all the time when I'm nervous or stressed. its mostly from stress. once your exams are over your eye should go back to normal.

Drink tonic water. Eating Bananas may help because of the potassium. Get more magnesium. Or try all of these.

i get the same if im really stressed and not getting enough sleep. I'll bet you anything once your exams are over, the twitch will go away.
Just try & chill out .

my teacher's eye twitches and so does mine sometimes..haha. its normal, dont freak out

its stress from exams which is causing it. I have twitchy eye when I did my exams aswell. Try to relax more and not worry so much with ur exams! ull do fine! .

that happens to me to, nothing to big

take ur mind off w/e ur doing like change the subject and it goes away ( well for me )

Twitching of the eye occurs when u are stressed and run down or over tired.

I think I remember a friend telling me he had this due to a lack of calcium, or some mineral I'm sure.

I very recently had the same thing for about 2 weeks ..I was told it was because of stress

Quit eating sugar.

something is stressing you out.
JUST CHiLL

whenever you have a twitching eye that means someone you know is gunna die in a few months, happened to my friend and his grandpa died
