I only sleep like 3 hours a night lately, and I'm not tired. Is this normal? Should I be getting more sleep?

yeah from what i know sleeping really little can cause insomnia which is where you develop a habit of not sleeping. Also your body needs the rest so that it can recover and function properl for the next day. For example..when a person works out in a gym the fibers in their muscles must repair themselves. The repair cycle usually occurs whn the person is asleep for at least 7-8 hours. If this number isnt reached then the muscles will have a hard time repairing themselves which can cause deterioration. GET 7-8 HOURS OF SLEEP

I'm sure you'll never see this, but gotta say, psychiatry as a whole isn’t psychobabble. Mental illness is no more a myth than diabetes. Both are organic, physical illnesses, and if you have bipolar disorder, it is something you have an option to “not believe in.â€
